Bend Landscape's Estate Property Management is much more than weekly yard care.
We understand that your estate property has very specific management requirements and Bend Landscape creates Landscape Management Plans to fit all of these specific needs. Aspects to our Estate Property Management starts with how our clients are using the property as a whole. Some Estate properties function as larger residential properties, however, most estate properties have multiple agricultural component to consider; these inclue hay production, vinyards, orchards, gardens along with formal landscaping. Many properties have equestrian operations along with livestock, pet animals and wildelife to consider. The irrigation may have multiple types of systems including agricultural irrigation systems with wheel lines, pivot lines and hand lines using irrigation rights, water that requires pond and pump system management. The grounds may include pastures, hay fields, common areas that long driveway shoulders, as well as formal turf and landscape beds, with guest home landscaping. In some cases properties may require restoration along with upkeep to manage notious weeds and varment control, fire fuels reduction and green belt considerations. Also often times, these properties are used for events, such as weddings, galas, actions and equestrian shows. These events have specific functionality that must be considered outside of a standard maintenance schedule. The property must be prepared for the event, everything must be thriving while also dry, without irrigation running, then quickly rebound after the event.
